Reading the linked source records…
The Zcash track in Colosseum’s Crypto World’s Fair hackathon, with a dedicated competition scope and prize pool. The grant does not establish funding or delivery by any individual entrant.
Requested amounts, decisions and paid entries are separate. Where the ledger omits a request, a reviewed proposal may supply it with its own source. A requested cap is a maximum, not guaranteed spending. The ledger has no distinct approved-amount field. USD is the historical budget; ZEC is the recorded disbursement, not a current valuation or independent settlement verification.
